2. The preparation and strict inspection before construction are as follows:

Prepare refractory castable construction equipment and clean up the site; Construction machinery, equipment intact; The material, size, arrangement and welding quality of the anchor and the water loss prevention measures of the surrounding firebrick; Pre-test whether castable fails before use; Water quality should meet drinking water standards; The construction work can begin under the conditions that the above acceptance is qualified and uninterrupted construction is ensured.

Three, construction points

1, molding: made of steel plate or hardwood, steel plate coating agent (oil), wood coating waterproof paint, should do not leak pulp, and have good strength.

2, mixing: stir with a blender, pour the castable into the blender first, and take out the additives to add together, dry mix for 2-3 minutes and then add water to mix for 3-5 minutes, add water should not be more or less.

3, vibration: pouring into the mold of the castable, immediately ramming shall not leak to a certain position, nor can the same position ramming, in order to avoid castable segregation and holes, the stirred castable must be from adding water to use up within 20-30 minutes, the initial condensate to abandon.

4. Maintenance: After the castable surface is dry and the strength reaches 70%, the mold can be removed, the time is 24 hours, and the maintenance time is 48 hours.

5, oven: according to different grades and castable liner thickness and its climate conditions, the user must ensure sufficient baking time of 72 hours.

Reasons for refractory castables:

Chemical factors, because refractory castables are amorphous refractory materials configured by chemical substances mixed with water, the interaction between chemical slag and furnace gas oxidation in the kiln and refractory castables leads to corrosion of refractory castables

Physical factors, the internal temperature of the kiln is too high, the use of castables is inappropriate, resulting in the breakdown of castables, melting, and other impurities in the furnace wall

Third, mechanical factors, the use of kiln is inevitable to use mechanical equipment to deal with, although the construction does not encounter refractory castable, but indirect force impact. Knowledge castable damage accelerated.
